"I Make Your Audio Sound Better"

It happens. At times, you and your guest talk over each other (cross-talk). You don’t think much about it at the time but then you listen to the recording. Ugh.

In addition to cross-talk, you hear the umms, the ahhs, loud breaths, and the pauses that last just a little bit too long. You also notice the background noise, the fan you didn't turn off or your neighbor's barking dog.

This can all be overwhelming to a podcaster. You wonder if the "noise" in the recording will take away from the great content your guest provided.

This is not how podcasting should be.

As a podcaster myself, I know how frustrating it is to record a great show only to be disappointed by the quality of the recording. From the barking dog to Skype, there are so many things that can get in the way of producing a great sounding podcast.

This is why I believe podcast editing is my job, not yours.

After 6 years of producing my own shows, I came to realize that podcast production is my thing. Now as a valued team member for the Stacking Benjamins Show, ChooseFI, and Paula Pants' Afford Anything podcast, I know how important it is to play to your strengths.

My strength is making your audio sound better. Yours is being the trusted host.

If you’re ready to have great sounding audio without the hassle of editing it yourself, click the button below, schedule a call and let's talk.

We’ll walk through your goals for the podcast and make sure we're a good fit. Then I'll get to work producing your show so you and your guest sound like the professionals you are.

My Podcasting Journey

Since 2007, I was passionate about helping others through their personal finance challenges. At one point I was certain God was telling me to focus all my time into my Personal Finance Coaching business.

One of the marketing arms of the now failed business was a podcast called Money Plan SOS. A podcast gave me the ability to reach people looking for help - and they got to know me before ever picking up the phone to call.

But the business never took off. While enjoying small wins along the way, I struggled to find my place in the personal finance industry.

Then lightning struck.

Two very well-known financial bloggers, Paula Pant and J. Money, were working on putting their own podcast together. After months of planning and confusion, they contacted me for help. “Steve, we don’t know what we are doing. We just want to record. Would you do the rest”.

We launched the M.O.N.E.Y. podcast in February 2016 and immediately reached #5 in the Business category - which was UNHEARD OF! That’s just crazy-amazing!

The word was out that Steve Stewart knew how to produce podcasts. A second podcaster came on board, then another and another. Suddenly my time was consumed putting a polish on other people’s shows - I no longer had time to work on my own!

One year later, my portfolio of shows consisted of more than a dozen podcasts, including: Stacking Benjamins, Afford Anything, Master of Money, Martinis and Your Money, and more.

I love podcasting - both as a pronoun and a verb. It is a very intimate medium and people of all ages or walks of life can learn just about anything from the sea of shows available in iTunes.

I don’t know what God has in store for me now, but I’m looking forward to whatever it will be.
